Konica Minolta builds one thing extremely well: the shared office copier. The bizhub range is what you find in the print room of a law firm, a hospital, a university faculty or a marketing department — machines designed to be walked up to by twenty different people a day and used without a manual.
Colour is where the range earns its reputation. bizhub colour MFPs are built around Konica Minolta's polymerised toner, which fuses at a lower temperature and lays down finer, more even particles than conventional ground toner. In practice that means solid blocks of colour on presentation covers, readable small type in reversed-out text, and enough consistency that many organisations stop sending short-run brochures out to a printer entirely.

Which Konica Minolta fits your office?
bizhub numbering is straightforward: a "C" means colour (C258, C554), no "C" means mono (bizhub 227). Higher numbers mean faster machines. An "i" on the end (C300i, C3320i) marks the newer i-Series generation with the larger tablet-style control panel.

bizhub cartridges carry a TN code. One TN code usually covers several generations of machine, so the code alone is enough to order — but a few codes are shared across machine families that look nothing like each other, and those are worth reading carefully.
How to read these prices: Every colour TN code is sold as four separate cartridges — black, cyan, magenta and yellow — and the price shown is for one cartridge. TN-323 is the exception: it is a black-only cartridge for the mono bizhub 227, 287 and 367, so its price is simply the price of the cartridge.

Which TN cartridge fits my bizhub?
Read the model badge on the front of the machine, not the code on the empty box — TN-324, TN-512 and TN-514 share one cartridge body but three different machine families. TN-324 is for the bizhub C258, C308 and C368; TN-512 is for the C454 and C554; TN-514 is for the C458, C558 and C658. For the older colour machines, TN-216 covers the C220, C280 and C360, and TN-321/221 covers the C224, C284, C364, C227 and C287. Send us a photo of the front panel on WhatsApp if you are unsure and we will identify it for you.
What does the "i" in bizhub C300i or C3320i mean?
It marks the i-Series generation. Those machines use a larger tablet-style touch panel with a home screen you can rearrange, and they take a newer toner line — the A4 i-Series C3320i and C3350i use TNP-79, not the older TN codes. Everything else about how they print, copy and scan will be familiar to anyone who has used a bizhub before.
Which bizhub suits an office of 10 to 20 people?
If A3 matters to you, the bizhub C258 or C308 is the usual answer — enough speed and paper capacity for a department, at a refurbished price well under a new A3 machine. If you only ever print A4 and space is tight, the A4 i-Series C3320i or C3350i gives you the same colour quality on a much smaller footprint. Tell us your monthly page volume and we will point you at one of the two rather than selling you the bigger machine.
