These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ahmed Business Machines website, products and services. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

01Company information

Ahmed Business Machines is a printing solutions provider based in Nairobi, Kenya. We supply:

• New and refurbished printers
• Toner cartridges and refills
• Printer parts and accessories
• Printer leasing services

02Products and availability

All products listed on this website or held in store are subject to availability. We may change prices or product specifications, or discontinue an item, without prior notice.

• Refurbished printers are sold tested and serviced, and may show minor cosmetic wear.
• Product images are for illustration only. The item supplied may differ slightly in appearance.

03Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept:

• M-Pesa
• Bank transfer
• Cash on collection in store

Payment must be made in full before delivery or lease activation, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

04Delivery and shipping

We deliver within Nairobi and across Kenya.

• Nairobi: 1–2 working days
• Outside Nairobi: 2–5 working days, depending on the courier

Delivery charges may apply and are confirmed in the quotation we send you on WhatsApp before you pay.

05Warranties

• New printers carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand.
• Refurbished printers carry a limited warranty, typically one to three months, covering functionality rather than wear and tear.
• Toner cartridges and parts are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, but not against misuse or incorrect installation.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may involve inspection by our technical team.

06Returns and refunds

We accept returns in two cases:

• The product is defective on arrival
• The wrong item was delivered

Returns must be reported within 3 days of delivery, and the item must be unused, in original condition and with all packaging intact. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval. Opened toners and used printer parts are non-returnable unless faulty.

07Leasing

Printer leasing is available for short- or long-term use. By entering a lease agreement you agree to:

• Pay the monthly or agreed fees on time
• Use the equipment responsibly
• Return the leased printer in working condition at the end of the term

Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

08Limitation of liability

Ahmed Business Machines is not liable for:

• Loss of data arising from a printer malfunction
• Downtime caused by third-party courier delays
• Damage arising from user mishandling, or from improper installation of parts or toner

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the price paid for the product or service concerned.

09Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product images, text, logos and graphics — is the property of Ahmed Business Machines and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information. It forms part of these Terms.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
