How to choose
Answer these and the brand usually picks itself. If you would rather just ask, send the answers to us on WhatsApp and we will do it for you.
If you print or copy A3, you are buying a copier — Kyocera TASKalfa, Konica Minolta bizhub or Ricoh MP. If you never do, an A4 machine costs far less to buy and to run.
Under ten people is A4 territory. Twenty to sixty needs a departmental copier with a document feeder and more than one paper tray.
Proposals, covers and short-run brochures are where Konica Minolta colour earns its price. Internal printing rarely justifies it.
A refurbished A3 copier costs a fraction of the new equivalent and is the best value we sell. Pantum is the exception — new only, and cheap enough that it should be.

After the machine
A printer is a five-year commitment to a cartridge code. Our Optimum and Optimage compatible lines cover the Kyocera, Konica Minolta and Ricoh ranges with published prices; Pantum cartridges are quoted against your model.
Colour cartridge codes are sold as separate black, cyan, magenta and yellow units, so a price marked each is the price of one cartridge — not of the set. Every price list on this site follows that rule.
