Before you choose

Three decisions that settle which machine you need

If you tell us these three things on WhatsApp we can usually name the right machine in one message.

A4 or A3?

A4 covers letters, invoices and reports. Choose A3 or SRA3 only if you print drawings, posters, spreadsheets at full width or booklets — 48 of the machines here handle it.

Colour or mono?

Mono lasers are cheaper to buy and to run, and are still the right answer for most back-office printing. Colour matters when your documents leave the building.

New or refurbished?

Refurbished copiers are stripped down, cleaned and tested by our technicians, and they put a heavier-duty machine within reach of a smaller budget. Ask us to compare a refurbished model with the equivalent new one before you decide.
